My name is Nicolette O'Rourke and I'm thrilled to be part of the Allen Tate Lake Norman team. Before diving into real estate, I had the privilege of working in various roles, including bartending, customer service, and art therapy at a children's hospital. These experiences have instilled in me valuable skills like patience, understanding, and the ability to build strong, trusting relationships – qualities I believe are essential in navigating the often-complex world of real estate.

When I'm not helping clients find their dream homes, you can usually find me on the golf course, with a good book in hand, or enjoying the great outdoors. I'm also passionate about giving back to my community and believe in fostering a strong sense of belonging.
